Last year we ran a successful Kickstarter campaign entitled, “The Last Monks of Skellig Michael Comic Book Series.” It propelled us on a great adventure of crafting a comic book story that would appeal to a wide audience, while featuring the mysterious Skellig Michael island off the coast of Ireland that was recently made famous by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

In the process, we discovered that we needed a new title and logo that better reflected the journey of our main character and invited readers on an epic adventure.
Consequently, we changed the title to “Finnian and the Seven Mountains.” Above you can see the new title/logo and below you can read the new synopsis.
Terror reigns in Ireland. Vikings continue to pillage the countryside, killing villagers and taking precious treasures back to their homeland. Seeking to avenge the death of his parents, a young man named Finnian leaves a monastic school to find a legendary weapon that has a supernatural power to defeat evil. To find the weapon, he must travel to a distant Skellig, an isolated rock in the middle of the sea, off the southern coast of Ireland where it was last seen. What happens next is most unexpected and through a series of mysterious events the young man is caught up into an adventure he never thought possible.
